I have had the very fortunate opportunity to see Heritage Hill when it was only an apple orchard awaiting to blossom into the type of community that anyone would feel confident in placing their loved one. Our Heritage Hill Care Team has been specially selected to insure quality and compassionate care is provided to all who walk through our doors. I have had the opportunity to care for 11+ years of Residents, their families, friends and many staff and their families over the course of my experience here at Heritage Hill. Lisa Marie Halecky
Marketing Director
Lisa Marie has been a part of the Heritage Hill "Care Team" since 2001. She is passionate about representing Heritage Hill because she has seen first hand how many lives they have touched in a positive way over the years. She has served on many volunteer committees in the community and truly enjoys meeting new people. Lisa Marie is a native of Hazleton, has lived in the Lehigh Valley, and currently resides in the Weatherly area. She is the proud mother of a son and daughter. She is happily married to her husband, Joe. Her hobbies are spending time with family and friends,traveling and creating movies for others from photos and video.

Alice Doxsey, RN
Director of Resident Care
Alice has been with the Heritage Hill "Care Team" since 2003. A 1974 college graduate, she has been in the nursing field ever since. She is married to her husband, Jim, since 1975 and has four daughters and three grandchildren. She grew up in New York and also resided in Illinois before moving to Pa. 25 years ago. Alice was a Girl Scout leader, Sunday school teacher, and led a vacation bible school program for many years. She and a friend started the Mtn. Top Free Clinic and have been serving the community every Monday for 24 years.

Judy Giglotti, LPN
Shepherd's Garden Daybreak Director
Judy was born and raised in Jim Thorpe. She currently resides in Nesquehoning with her two daughters. She attended LCCC, majoring in education, and worked as a paraprofessional for 17 years. She has always enjoyed helping others so she went back to school to become a nurse when her daughters graduated from high school. Judy loves her friends in Shepherd's Garden. "They make waking up in the morning and going to work a pleasure." When Judy is not in her "Garden," she is at home cooking, which is her passion, and spending time with her family.

Steve Gehman
Director of Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry
Steve has over 17 years' experience with serving the senior living industry. He is married, has two children, and resides in Weatherly. His hobbies are camping, fishing, and building.

BJ Fisher
Food Service Director
BJ has been with the Heritage Hill "Care Team" since 2004. She is a graduate of Weatherly High School and has lived in Weatherly her entire life. She is married to her husband, Tom, for 21 years and has two sons. BJ enjoys cooking and reading.

Phyllis Richie
Food Service Assistant
A member of the Heritage Hill "Care Team" since 2001, Phyllis was born in Elizabeth, NJ, and moved to Pa. when she was 12 years old. She is a graduate of Hazleton High School. Phyllis is married to her husband, Norman, for 31 years. She loves to cook, bake, and entertain.

Deb Hauze
Director of Activities
Born in Hazleton and raised in Weatherly, Deb graduated top 10 of her graduating class at Weatherly High School. She has been married to her husband, Adam, for 23 years and has two sons. Deb is a very organized and detailed oriented individual with an outgoing personality. She takes pride in her work and knowing she is making a difference in someone's quality of life gives her the satisfaction to continue working in this environment. Deb has been a member of Heritage Hill's "Care Team" since 2007.
