Memory Care Community Dining

The dining experience is also very special within our Shepherd's Garden. Our cozy dining rooms offer relaxing music and the companionship of friends and family. Our meals are served restaurant-style, providing residents the support they need while encouraging independence. Special attention is given to serve nutritious meals that residents can easily enjoy. Meals are simplified entrees supplemented by a snack and hydration program to promote optimal health.

Day 1

BREAKFAST Oatmeal, Pancakes, Sausage, Bacon, Orange Juice, Milk
LUNCH Roast Turkey or Roast Beef, Butter Noodles, California Blend, Ice Cream, Assorted Beverages
DINNER Italian Wedding Soup, Hot Dog with Sauerkraut or Chicken Patty on Bun, French Fries, Yellow Cake, Assorted Beverages

Day 2

BREAKFAST Pepper And Onion Omelet, Assorted Donuts, Orange Juice, Milk
LUNCH Veal and Peppers or Chicken Cordon Bleu, Mashed Potatoes, Lima Beans, Lemon Pudding, Assorted Beverages
DINNER New England Clam Chowder, Cold Cut Hoagie or Pizza, Pickles, Apple Pie, Assorted Beverages
